The Neighborhood
Balatonmáriafürdő is located opposite the bay between Szigliget and Balatonederics, on the southern shore of Lake Balaton.
The pier built during the construction of the port is one of the biggest attractions of the resort today, as nothing would be a more pleasant evening program for tourists than watching the magnificent sunset over Lake Balaton from the pier. In addition, its cozy center attracts wandering tourists, with long bazaar rows everyone can find something to their liking. During the summer, passenger ships depart regularly to Balatongyörök, Szigliget and Badacsony.
The Part Lakópark is located in the central part of Balatonmáriafürdő, within walking distance of the Mayor’s Office.
